about tia

Relatable. Kind hearted. Wahine Toa

In 2020, I became a Certified Health & Wellness Coach and I’ve been supporting women since with their wellbeing journey through anxiety, depression, alcohol management and menopause wellbeing.

I AM also a Mum, partner, step-Mum, daughter, sister, an aunty, a friend to many, a lover of music, books and good kai.

At the age of 49 years my personal journey with wellbeing, lifestyle choices and perimenopause has been a rollercoaster ride. A self confessed ex - party girl, I have been no stranger to a wine or two or three over the years !!

About eight years ago, I started to question all of those choices and went to work on my own inner healing. I’ve been in search of alternative, holistic answers for my anxiety and the affects of perimenopause to my mental and physical wellbeing. I began to prioritise my health and wellness through nutrition, exercise/movement and practices such as pilates, meditation, breath work and living with intention. Along the way, I learned to manage my relationship with alcohol and gained a deeper appreciation for my self-care and self-awareness. Diving into my physical and emotional wellbeing has inspired me to support and educate other women navigating similar paths.

Chances are, you’re here because you too have been searching for answers that resonate with YOU ♡

As a Coach, my role is to ask the right questions, listen, and guide you towards your own answers.

My offering comes from a combination of lived experience, working within the NZ Health System as a Health Coach and supporting hundreds of men/woman since 2020.

I AM a proud Mum to my son Noah, loving partner to Carl and step-mum to his beautiful children, Bella and Oscar.

I AM also a proud Maori/New Zealander, from Ahipara, Te Rarawa & Te Aupouri. Raised in Auckland, worked in TV and media, corporate Wellington, returning to run my own business in Auckland, before making the big move…...a sea-change to Tairua, Coromandel, five years ago.

My greatest wish is to empower more women on their own journey to wellbeing and freedom
