Kia ora and welcome, my name is Tia and I am a Menopause Practitioner specialising in Women’s health and wellbeing. Drawing on my experience as a Health Coach within the New Zealand health system and my own personal journey through perimenopause, I am very passionate about women’s health and that women receive the care, support, and guidance they deserve during menopause.
